Bushmaster vs Olympic....any thoughts?

I have decided to purchase one or the others AR type and would like to know your opinion.The Bushmaster is more money and only has a one year warranty,while the Olympic costs less and has a lifetime warranty.At first glance it appears to be a no-brainer.However, I respect the opinions here at this site and would welcome any help in this upcoming purchase.I will be doing mainly plinking and as a last resort,home defense.What do ya'll think?

    rodgerglide,As much as I like Bushmasters I can find no significant fault with the Oly's and I've owned several of both ... anyone can pick apart any product on the market. Bottom line is that they have been around for a long time for a reason and parts are all mil-spec. If it comes to dollars & cents, I'd go with the Oly without any hesitation!
