UNLESS THIS "HANDI-GUN" 410 HAS BEEN REGISTERED WITH "BATF" GET AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN. "SAX" YOU KNOW THIS. YOU CAN NO LONGER OWN THIS GUN. BE SAFE OR BE IN JAIL.

If this is an old Marbles,it may be worth the trouble to find out if or how to make it legal. They are worth a small fortune to the right people.

Depending on when where and how this piece came into your or another's possession, it may be registerable for a $5.00 tax as an "Any Other Weapon". Check with BATF or a local Class 3 Dealer. You might also try contacting John at att-tactical, he is very knowledgable reference these kinds of things (all legally of course!).

The H&R Handi-Gun is specifically NOT a C&R and still appears on ATF lists as an NFA weapon. This appears to be a completely arbitrary decision on ATF's part, but there you go.Note on the previous post. If the gun was not previously registered as an NFA "Any Other Weapon" it cannot now be registered.
