What household items could i use 2 clean / polish a stainless steel gun?

    I would recommend just buying a good gun cleaner and forget the household cleaners.

    There is a metal polish called Flitz (I think) that I use on most of my guns, stainless and blued and it does a wonderful job on both. I used it on my stainless SW 686 (it was looking a little run down) and it looks awesome!

    Flitz is correct. I love that stuff!!!Its almost magical on blued finishes as well as stainless and nickel.Its available at
