Colt 1911 Series 70 Gold Cup Nat'l Match

I've had this Colt Series 70 Gold Cup National Match for a few years. It's in excellent condition and fired very little (none by me), if at all, since it left the factory. Serial number is 70N999XX. I do not have any box or other paper work.

Can anyone tell me it's approximate worth and year of manufacture.

Any information will help.

Thank you in advance.

Would Blue Book value be considered as below market value for this pistol?

Some prices are affected regionally, and Blue Book values are maybe averaged.
You can do a search on the auction side of GunBroker for Gold Cup. Either watch a couple auctions or go to ended auctions and see what they actually sold for, not just reserve prices.
Remember real value is only what someone is willing to pay for it.
