I was just wondering if anybody knew of any manufactures that make pink stocks and such for shotguns and rifles (larger calibers)? My wife likes to shoot but I want her love to shoot and she is always asking me to find her a pink gun but I couldn't find any info.
I see the pink ar-15 rifle but I can't afford that one.
thanks kyle

As aftermarket replacements?
Not that I've seen but I haven't gone out of my way to look either.
Your best bet would be to prep the existing stock and spray paint it for a temporary solution or for longer term wear and tear, use Duracoat or Ceracoat and possibly have the stock(s) dipped. None of these will last forever but they might get you through the next few years depending on how hard she uses them.
I think you can also get some of the laminated stock blanks with a pink layer.
Best.

When it comes to guns, pink is the new "black". [;)]
OK, seriously, lots of manufacturers are offering factory pink options now. See links above.
I recently had a phone conversation with one of the phone sales reps from Smith and Wesson, and she told me they can't keep the pink J frame grips in stock, there is such a huge demand for them.
If you can't find what you like in a production gun, then having a gun painted pink with a durable finish (like Duracoat, or others) is a viable possibility.
Alternatively, most of the stock makers that offer laminate stocks offer some with a pink option. IMO, this is one of the nicer ways to go.
My only "problem" with pink guns is that I am against anything that makes a real firearm look like a toy. So for me that's a "hell no" to "Hello Kitty" guns. I wouldn't want any pistol that was entirely "pinked", for example
But its more than possible to put plenty of pink into a guns finish and have it look nice, but still like a real firearm.
IMO, "bad"
IMO, "better"

Pink guns are illegal. Or at least should be. Guns are mans last refuge. Or at least should be. You should discourage your wife from shooting.
I assume you're joking.
For the record, I don't think pink pistols should be illegal, but I do question the wisdom of a real gun that could easily be mistaken for a toy. A gun like that lacks deterrent value (helpful in a defensive arm), and can potentially confuse children or law enforcement officers. IMO, its perfectly fine for guns to look "feminine", but if they look like non-guns that's potentially a problem.
As an aside, ever heard of the "pink pistols"?

You're welcome. I plan on getting the 870 for my wife as well to go with her Charter Arms Pink Lady.
The pink revolver did get her excited about shooting and she has lots of pride in ownership of her own pink gun.
