"Keith & Dickie of North Fork, Idaho
44 Spec. 240 gr.
18.5-2400
for: Charles Coller
Saginaw, MIchigan
August 22, 1935"

Any and all information would be helpful.

That's probably a collector's item.
Elmer Keith was the hero of a lot of shooters and the father of the 44 Magnum.
