Can anyone help me figure out what this is? The who, what, when, where, & value would be so appreciative. The reading on the barrel appears to say: I know it's a really old J. Stevens but that's about it of course anyone that can read could figure that out haha. Thanks anyone!

Who made it?
What is it?
Where was it made?
When was it made?
Value?
Approximately 15,000 of these were made from 1864-1886 in both .22 and 30 caliber rimfire.
Value in the condition shown would probably be in $125-$150 range.
EDIT: I concur with Tipups that it is an "Old Model Pocket Pistol" and I am correcting my original reply.
