ATF lead time

They cashed my NFA Trust $200 check July 6th.
Is this a clue to lead time on stamp issuance?

    And I wouldn't be at all surprised for processing to be suspended if Hillary wins in November. Between the increase in applications and the very obvious slowdown in approval times, it's plain to see that BATFE has no incentive to move faster and maybe has been told to slow as much as possible. Since there's no "expectation" of speedy approvals, there's no reason to speed up the processing.
    The whole thing is a joke. BATFE wants to make the process as onerous and aggravating as possible to discourage citizens from getting NFA items. Just how long does it take to do a background check for a 4473? One or two minutes? A basement computer geek SHOULD be able to process 15 applications per hour rather than 15 per day(or maybe per week).
