A friend has above gun & front sight fell off. Is it just a press fit?
It is a Hamden made gun ,, Model M-101

    I've owned a number of Duramatics, over the years. They were H-S's, basic, entry level,(inexpensive), plinker's.

    Never had, the front sight fall off though. My WAG is that the front sight, is just swaged on?

    Might have to either, silver solder the original sight back on the barrel. Or get a front sight ramp from Brownells and epoxy it in place.

    Have worked on one to replace the front sight it was a press fit into a milled recess

    Thanks all, I guess he is going to put a little lock-tite on it and tap back into place.
