High Standard Shotgun

Any one have any info on this gun? It's a 12ga. High Standard model K-1200 it say's riot 18-7 on it also. High Standard,Hamden Conn.USA. Any info would be appreciated.

    I just bought a High Standard Shadow, 12ga., semi-auto, high vent rib,nice walnut stock. It is marked "made in Japan", but no manufacturers name. I looked in a couple of books, but all they said was "imported". I was wondering if anyone has any info about whether this is Howa, SKB, or some other Japanese maker. Thanks

    I thought someone else would grab this and run with it, but since they didn't, I will.It is an ultra, ultra Plain Jane variation of the Flite King Brush Model. They were made on contract for police agencies such as the Highway Patrol and prison systems. They are worth even less than their Flite King Brush parent model.
