Question about a 1902 Alaskan/Philippines. I currently have one in what would appear to be pristine condition. It has the correct Serial # range, brl length, RAC insp marks, pinched frame, lanyard, and excellent grips. Simply put, the gun appears to be in TOO good of condition, so I suspect a refinish somewhere. It has what appears to be a high factory blue and a nickle hammer. Do you have any idea of what the original finish may have been? Looks like it may have been painful to shoot with that huge trigger guard. Thanks.
