AK weight -vs- Ruger mini or AR?

How do the weight of the -empty- or loaded of these types compare? I know the AK is heavy, more accurate, and the Mini-30 is lighter, and less accurate, but by how much of each? The AR-15 is .223 but for comparison, how does that compare? Thanks for any feedback.
