I'm thinking of owning a Beretta 92 Compact L. I'm looking to find out about high capacity mags for it. Is it only capable of holding 10, or can it hold more in pre-ban mags?christian

Thanks for the info... I was hoping that it could hold more like 15 rounds, but 13 is good.I'm gonna hunt around and see if I can find one.christian

I haven't tried it with the 92 but with Glock and Smith autos you can use the the standard mags in the compacts. ie: G22 or G23 in a G27 and 5906 mags in a 6906. For on duty concealed carry I frequently carry a G27 but my spare mags are for the G23 they just stick out the bottom a little ways giving you a place to wrap your pinkie around. I've never had a jam that way and it also aids concealment.
