Shotgun Barrel Choke Changed?

Can I have a vent rib shotgun barrel cut down shorter and have the choke changed or have a multi choke system put on? If so, any ideas on cost and where to get it done? Thanks.

Its for a Browning B2000 which is no longer made and I have an extra 32" full choke that I will never use and I want a 24"-26" improved.I put in a wanted ad and got 2 responses but neither was for the one that I want. Thanks.

I had removable chokes installed by a gentleman (mrmoe@aol.com) for under a C-note. Price includes 3 tubes. Turn-around was quick and quality of work was excellent. The increase in flexibility in my shotgun is appreciated.
