Help!! I've disassembled the weapon and since I wanted to blue the gun, removed the safety. Now, for whatever reason, the safety won't go back in! It fits into the slot okay, aligns up okay, but just won't return to the position. My book says don't use force as the saftey might break. Suggestions anyone??

Nambus are always kind of a pain to reassemble. All I can tell you is to do it incrementally. Install the safety in the main frame and make sure it rotates properly, then put the trigger guard assembly on the main frame and make sure that it still rotates and blocks the trigger, returns, and has no interference from the sear. Perhaps the trigger bar isn't installed properly. If this is all working properly at that stage, then take the trigger guard group off again and install the barrel/bolt group, then put the trigger guard group back on and it should work.
