Any idea what this is outside of the obvious? Who makes it? What't the value? I'm trying to sell it. Thanks!

The knife was made by Imperial, its a commemorative. Do you have any paper work or cardboard box to go with the knife? I'm not sure as to the value. I'll see if I can come up with a price range for you.

I believe your M3 was part of the WWII commemorative knives issued by the American Historical Foundation in Virginia in the 1970's. They also had a USMC Ka-Bar series for each of the six Marine Divisions.
