NOT MINE, from another forum, what would they be worth?
How much should I ask for these?
Have several would like to sell.
M1 Garand QTY: 23 All Winchesters stil in wax paper
M1 Carbine QTY: 15 All Winchesters still in Wax paper
Russian SKS QTY: 1 Yugo and 1 Chinese
AR7 QTY: 3
Winchester 30/30 over 60 yrs. Never been fired
Remington 700 30/06
Ruger 357 Revolver Blackhawk 3 screw
Ruger 357 Security Six.
All are in pristine condition and the handguns are in their original boxes.
these are as mint as they come. They are never fired and post war so they were unissued.
They are also all in sequence. I am only going to sell them all at once to a collector.

Just talked to my aunt and she said only the garands are in sequential order the carbines are not but they are unfired and in wax paper.

No difference between my offer above, & the one you posted; they are both phoney.

My suggestion would be individual auctions on this site, for each of the items listed. This would allow the owner to get the maximum profit for each item listed. Also, they would benefit themselves to not put all 40 guns on the auction block at the same time. Simply because there may not be 23 collectors out there who would be willing to pay top dollar for a "proper" unissued Winchester at the same time. Same goes for the Carbines.
Anyway, my 2 cents..

Good luck with that, and getting above 50% of the real value.
If the Garands, and carbines are minty, all original, and un issued, they are worth in excess of $2k each. The NIB Winchester 94, will approach 1k, the SKS, $200.00-400.00 each, the AR7's $100.00 each, and the rest $300.00-500.00 each. You will get a lot of offer's in the 30-50k range, I suspect...provided the collection is real, its retail worth could be well in excess of 100k.

I'd give $1500.00 for it w/o giving it a second thought...even on a depressed market, and not even being in the market for it.[;)][^]

Since this is all hypothetical and originating on another forum, I'm locking this as being inappropriate for the Ask the Experts forum.
