Is there an American made 9mm pistol that will accept the luger 9mm bullet?

Smith & Wesson, Ruger come to mind. Kimber.

Considering that 9mm luger is by far the most popular centerfire handgun cartridge in the world, pretty much EVERY manufacturer who makes automatic pistols offers at least one gun in that caliber.
Just off the top of my head, manufacturers who make 9mm luger pistols in the USA include:
Smith and Wesson
Ruger
Cobra Arms
Beretta USA (Italian owned co, but they make guns in Maryland)
Sig (Again, Swiss co, makes guns in New Hampshire)
Para Ordnance
Kel Tec
Hi Point
Kahr Arms
Kimber USA
Rohrbaugh firearms
FMK firearms
I'm sure there are other small manufacturers too, if you really care to check. Glock and FN both also assemble 9mm pistols in the USA, if they aren't entirely manufactured from scratch here.
If you want to include "handguns" based on the AR-15 platform, you can throw in Rock River arms and Olympic.
9mm Luger and 9mm Parabellum is just another name for the common 9mm. S&W and Ruger are American made.
