I would like to know if the Dan Wesson 1911 pistols are worth the money?My main concern is reliability and decent "combat" accuracy.Thanks.

    The Pointman Major series, the Seven, and the Guardian/Duce are exceptional IMHO. The fit, finish, and components that are used is top notch.I don't have any experience with the Pointman/Minor series but it should be a good serviceable 1911 but remember it is a base model. There seem to be some good buys going on now on these models. These guns are American made with American parts.
