rebuild kits for S&W 9mm mags series 59 made?

Is it possible for a citizen to purchase a magazine rebuild kit (spring & follower) for the high capacity (15 round) 9mm magazines? If so, about how much do they cost and are they hard to find? Also, what is the approx. retail price of a new 10 round stainless steel 9mm series 59 S&W clip

    I would think you could buy these items from Smith. I bought high capacity springs and followers from Beretta last year, and I assume Smith also sells those parts. I believe Wolfe (Wolf?) Springs also has replacement magazine springs as well.
