INO M PRICE shotgun

Is anyone familiar with this gun? My father-in-law purchased a shotgun that says "Ino M Price" Serial # A442033 The only other markings is the phrase "16 gauge choke" on the barrel. Does anyone know the history of this gun or any information on it? Thank you for any assistance.
