HiCap in Glock 26

My question is: Can I legally use a HiCap mag in a Glock 26. I purchased a Glock 26 used, great deal. I own two Glock 17's and was inquiring to just carry an extra mag but a HiCap one.

Yes you can. There is no federal law prohibiting the use of legally owned high capacity magazines.I won't bother to address state law, assuming that you legally own and can use the magazines in your state.

M.Opaliski is correct, as long as your state doesn't prohibit hi-cap mags in general, you should be ok.

Thanks to you both for answering. They are legal in Az.
