I heard from a LEO that SC has recognized class 3 ownership again or that there has been an "adjustment" in the statutes concerning class 3 weapons. has any one got any info on that? thanks - V

It is my understanding that the law was ammended to include "normal" regular law abiding citizens in the list of individuals that were/are now permitted to have a cl. III, If they comply with all federal laws.... That was word of mouth info...Anybody out there hear anything different????

Good Lord! I want to move to your state.I live in Mass. and just stopped by the police station tonight to renew my 5 year permit just to own guns, and they've gotten very restrictive on even allowing people to own pre-ban mags over 10 rounds. Hopefully I'm grandfathered in as I have quite a number of large cap mags, but I'llbe watching my mail eagerly for their reply. Please form a militia and liberate us poor Mass residents who love guns from the Teddyban fanatics.
