I found an advertisement in the Feb. 2002 issue of America's 1st Freedom on page 5 for "The Second Amendment Browning Hi-Power .40 S&W" collectible pistol. Normally, I just pass these things by, but this one looked really nice in the picture and if I had $2,195 spare change (which I don't), it might be cool to have a silver and gold pistol with the engraved words, "The Right Of The People To Keep And Bear Arms Shall Not Be Infringed". Does anyone who is in the business know whether guns like this can be a good investment or not? Are these just toys for people with lots of money to spend who like shiny guns?
