I have a Pre ban M17 bullPup in 90% good condition. What is the average cost for this rifle in todays market? I would like to see the high and low figures. Let me know what you think. Thanks

I wasn't aware the M-17 was ever banned ... I suppose you could remove the barrel nutz and put on a flash hider prior to 9-13-94 (but of course that would be illegal to do now) ... Bushmaster says the correct barrel tension is needed for the accuracy ... why mess with it? Why would it be worth any more for doing something to it that would make it shoot worse?Oh yeah, current production (which is identical the "pre-ban" version) $625-$650 on GB about a month ago.

This rifle was purchased with a factory flash supressor. This was prior to the PC stuff.

Thanks for the info, I had an early one bought new in late 93 or early 94, it didn't have the flashhider, ... I assumed none had hiders.(we all know what happens when you assume )

i had an early one too, didnt come with a flash hider either. i had contacted Bushmaster about putting one on, they said they didnt recommend it. was possible for the flash hider to be blown off during shooting. that was enough reason for me to be happy with it the way it was.

If Bushmaster reccomends aginst it, that kind of makes me wonder if they actually came from Bushmaster that way or dealers did it to make the guns look more appealing ... hummmm?
