Interarms 458 Magnum

I can buy an Interarms Mark ten 458 magnum with 2.5power Leupold scope, for 650.00. It has less than one box of ammo through it. It looks new inside and out.
Is this a good buy??

What model it it? Is it a Whitworth express rifle or a Mark X Alaskan.

How do i tell the difference? On the barrel, it reads" Calibre 458 Win". On the receiver it reads MarkX, further back, it reads "Alexandria Virginia INTERARMS Manchester England". On the ejection side, there is the serial no and some other marks which look most like 88's

Offer $100.00 less. Used Leupold 2.5 power scopes are under $200.00 and the rifle is worth about $400.00 as it is only the Mark X.
