I have a Brevet Nagant Hex Barrel,Brevet Nagant on left side with serial number on barrel and hosing, right side of barrel has R*B with looks like a crown on top of the R. Can anyone help in determing maker and year? thank you

"Brevet Nagant" means Nagant's patent, it can be found on a number of different types of guns.
