Winchester 1895 Takedown, Factory Engraved

I have a Winchester Takedown in 30/06, serial 410xxx, which was apparently made in 1921. I was unable to get a factory letter, apparently there was a fire in the factory in this time period.
It is heavily engraved.
It apparently was purchased new in Kansas in the early 1920's.
I would like to know if it is factory engraved, and if someone could help me with an approximate value.
Thanks,

Your Model 95 was manufactured in 1921, however, there was no "fire" at the factory during that time period. The records were intentionally burned during the 1940s & 1950s.
