Ive shifted scopes for years without purchasing a new one for quite a while. Im behing the times and wonder what a vortex scope offers that I dont have on my scopes?

Yes, we would need to know what you've been using up to now but just as important, nearly every scope manufacturer has more than one line of scopes which often vary by quality and price based on that quality. We should not try to compare a $200.00 scope to $1,000.00 scope since there is little to compare except that they are riflescopes.
So, if you can be fairly specific we might be able to offer some good advice. Several of the members use the Vortex name scopes so you should get first hand experience.
