That said, your die set should have two dies in it, a sizing die, and a seating die. They make at least three different types of sizing dies. First, there would be neck sizing. Doing this, you want to make sure that you are shooting this hand loaded ammunition, in the same firearm, and same exact chamber, that you shot it in before. This method works well for high accuracy loads, if using the same rifle.
Then there is full length(FL). This sizes the whole case, and the case should then fit in most all, but the smallest chambers, with no hesitation. Most average reloaders, use this die. You will have to trim the case length more often, using this die.
Lastly, there is the FL-SB, or full length, small base. These dies are most often used by folks who are running semi-auto, pump action, or lever action rifles, with bottle neck cartridges, that generate medium/high, to high/extremely high pressures. It takes the entire case back to the bottom side of factory/SAAMI toleerences, so it will function smoothely thru most anything. You will have to trim the case length at least every other loading.
Hope this helps you out.
If you will, you might try posting this same question into the reloading forum.

You might have the tight chamber loose resizing die bad combo, it does happen once in a while. I think RCBS will work with you if you give them a chance.
T-C puts tight chambers in thier barrels.
