Just bought 1000 rounds of 223 wolf ammo from ammotogo at the auction, fired 100 rounds with no trouble at all with a colt ar15. Bought 500 rounds of the sellier and bellot went thru all of it and it shot great. If I was getting more I would go with the sellier and bellot because of the brass cases. wolf ammo has steel.Hopes this helps. I had to remove a live round of the Russian .223 from a guys rifle just last week. The round was stuck in the chamber. The bolt was stuck to the round via the extractor. It was a bit scary having a loaded gun handed to me in doors. I got the gun apart and got the round out of the chamber. It had been manufactured with the neck of the casing peeled down one side. The bullet had been put into the casing improperly and peeled the side into the casing causing it to buldge and be oversized. This caused it to seize up in the chamber and not allow the bolt to fully close. I had another guy shoot some of the Russian .223 and not clean his gun for several months, only to find a rusted barrel and flashider on his pre-ban AR 15, even though the ammunition was clearly marked "non-corrosive". He wasn't very pleased. BTW the guy who had the round stuck in the chamber has gone through almost 2000 rounds of the Russian in under a month. Overall I'd say he likes it, especially given the price. I have never encountered any problems with the S&B.
