I have recently decided to sell a smith and wesson .44 magnum, six shot, stainless steel, satin finish that is almost brand-new.(It was bought at an estate auction). It comes with a speed loader, hip holster, and shoulder holster(leather).Model 629,with a 6.5 inch barrel. How much is it worth?

If it's 629 Classic, which it should be with a 6.5" barrel looking at $400 +

It makes a HUGE difference about the "dash" on M629s. If you have a true M629 (no dash), it will bring a premium. The collector value generally goes down as the "dash number" goes up. However, some of the later guns are Performance Center guns, which will have extra value to some. If the barrel is really 6.5" and not 6", it is a later gun, probably in the Classic series, which are great shooters. A better description of the revolver is needed to help estimate a market value.
