Any California FFL holders out there? Is it mandatory you can only receive handguns shipped to you by another FFL?

No requirement for that crap, but the BATF has told that to several dealers, including the one I use, and the notion of recieving a firearm only from and FFL was found to be laughable by on of the "higher ups" that was contacted. Got to be an FFL to ship U.S. Postal, so I use FedEx.

Oh yeah, don't ship until you have dealer's FFl in hand. Check the BATF website. Don't know the address but do a search.
