Value of Browning Citori for lefty

This weekend I'm going to look at a Browning Citori with a left hand stock, 28 inch barrels and fixed full and modified chokes. I talked to the owner on the phone and he called it a field model. He hasn't set a price. I saw the gun a while back and it looked to be in very good shape at that time with all bluing intact and no dings. What price would be fair and are there any factors that I should find out about to decide what the gun is worth?
