FEDERAL ARMS REPLACEMENT BARRELS

anybody know if these are decent quality and accurate? I thought about using them in place of factory barrels for constant pounding and practice with plinkers.

    Check out the replies that I got for my post "Replacement barrels for Glock 17," posted 1/26/02 @ 10:13 a.m. There are lots of different replacement barrels manufactured by a lot of different companies. In the Brownells catalog alone, there must be at least five or six. Federal happens to be one of the least expensive and I'm happy to read that they are recommended by shooters on this board. I'm seriously looking at the extended ported version.

    thanks for the reply. I like the fact they are cheap and recommended. I was thinking that these could help preserve the original barrels should I ever decide to sell them or trade.
