I have a Colt single shot bolt action .22 mag. which seems to be a youth model size. I find all sorts of info. on those chambered for .22 but nothing about .22 mag. Did Colt make many of these? Does anyone know about production dates for them?

Colt did make a 22 mag single shot bolt action. It was a Colteer I-22. 20" barrel. Made between 1957 and 1966. I'm not sure if it came in a youth model or not.

It was called the "Boy's Model" and had a 20" barrel with a weight of just under 5 pounds. Made from 1962-66.
