Steyr rifle

Some of our members have reported that Steyr rifles shoot in a string up and down on a 100 yard target. I have shot my Model M full stock, not a lot granted, but how many shots do you have to fire to get this occurance? Mine still prints one jagged hole a 100 yards, off a bench, after 5-10 rounds. 5 shots, new clip and then another 5 shots. I just tested it yesterday, and don't seem to run into this problem. I shoot 110-125 grain handloads and Norma 180 grain. All 30-06.
Recently I have shot groundhogs with it at 325 yards and 110 grain sierra bullets, and it just hit right on target.

This occurs when the reciever to stock front bolt comes loose a little and the front of the stock touches the barrel. Tighten the bolt up while holding the stock a little past where it should be seated the tighten. After tightening ensure barrell is in center of groove and not touching anywhere. This worked for me.
