Hi I was wondering what sort of calls I would need to bag me a few Jakes this year? I have a box but as soon as one of those big gobblers come swoopin in I am scared to move even my fingers so then I bought a Push button ok but it gets wet and starts to mess up!
So what kind of call???

You really need to get mouth call and shoot them grown up birds. Once you bag a big tom, you won't miss another day of turkey season and will lose yer job. Hey, got to have priorities right?

My favorite is a wingbone call. Diaphragm calls are great, but I know a lot of hunters who cannot use them. They gag, and cant make a sound.

I use the pushbutton type call and got three nice toms so far this season. They are really easy to use and make a great purr that gets them to run in.

    ....I never met a gun I didn't like!
