Ruger P93

Hey NOTPARS,

To be honest I never took much notice of the P93. I have fired the P89, P95, and P90.

All of them have been very reliable. Not one jam in the bunch, and I've put 3,000 through my 89. If the 93 is anything like the rest, I'd rather have one of those. First off, It's SA/DA, and it has removable grip panels so I can put hogues on it. The P89 i have is not a decocker, and the P95 I tried has a poor grip - it gets slippery when you sweat, so hogues are a must.

ANyone else tried these?

EDIT:
Forgot to add... my P89 is pretty darn accurate. It may not have all the beauty or functions of the berettas or sigs, but d@mn if I can't hit the same groups with both!

My gun is prettier than yours, and it's a Glock!

    For Niklasal,

That's what I wanted to hear. I have a friend that has a Polymer, P95? in 9mm. Never shot too well. I tried it, and I'm no expert, and it shot nice groups. I put Hogue grips on my P94 (.40) the one that kept jamming, but when I got it back from Ruger, I'll be darned if not only was the jam cleared up, but whatever else they did seemed to tighten up the groups too!

I like the P93 because of its smaller size although the P95 maybe is the same. My friends 95 has never jammed.

I always hear how Rugers aren't as accurate as the rest. After I got my .40 back, it stayed with a Sig 228, I was shooting, at least out to 15 meters! The P89, bigger, actually has a look I kind of like now. Thanks man, I'll have to look into both.

I like my P89 and put the Hogue grips on it. They made it feel alot better when shooting it.
