I am looking at purchasing a double rifle in 30-06 to hunt with. I am looking for advice. Manufacturer?, ejectors or extractors? single or double trigger? Any advice would greatly be appreciated.

In my opinion, double rifles are for close up dangerous game. Those made in the smaller calibers are probably made for those that shoot for the pot, but otherwise carry the big doubles. They are no where near as accurate as the bolt actions made today, or even the pumps or autos for that matter. After having said that, get extractors as one of the benefits of a break-open action is that you don't have casings bouncing off rocks, trees, and brush exposing your position. Remember, if you do get ejectors, the springs can always be removed after you scare off a few missed deer and/or bear, moose or what ever.
If you get a double trigger, make sure the front one is henged. If a single, make sure you can switch firing order so that both barrels get the same relitive use. Remember, rebarreling a double because the right bore is shot out is something you WANT to avoid (really big bucks). If you have a SxS or OU shotgun, do you like its trigger setup. If so, stick with that kind.
STRONGLY suggest you read John Taylor's "African Rifles and Cartridges" as he covers doubles pretty well, even the light ones like the '06.
By the way, I have one ('06 Winchester w/burris 'scope) and finally had to call the factory to find out what cartridge they used to regulate it: would you believe, a 165grain? Here, wanted to point out that you can only use the single load the rifle was regulated for if you want any accuracy at all. This is THE bad point on all double rifles. Besides their cost.

Treedawg, nope, I collect Winchesters. Finding these puppies are difficult. But, I doubt if I'd ever hunt with it.

Cased w/scope, 95-99%: $3,100-3,400 for the m101 based production model.

I don't believe kits were made by any manufacturer for your m101. However, there are those in the trade that would install and regulate rifle tubes within the barrels of double shotguns. You could look around and see if it's possible with yours.
