Martini Cadet 310 brass

Will someone please advise a simple way to open the mouth of 310 Cadet case enough so that I might get the cast bullet started to seat with thumb pressure. No dies available. Thanks for your help.

you might try 32-20 dies. 'cartridges of the world ' says that 310 and 32-20 are often enterchangeable....my cadet has 310 and 32-20 stamped on barrel..dia differance listed as .005 smaller than 310

The proper bullet to use in a .310 is heelbased. If you use them, a 32/20 die works fine.
