HELLO,
I AM THINKING OF SELLING A RANGER SEMI-AUTO TUBE FED RIFLE I OWN. IT SHOOTS 22 SHORTS ONLY AND HAS A MONTE CARLO STOCK. BELONGED TO GRAMPA
CAN ANYONE TELL ME ABOUT AND WHAT IT MAY BE WORTH ? NEVER SAW ONE BEFORE, GOTTA BE FROM THE 40S ??

    SOLD through Sears But we need more then you gave us on setting value you question as it stands is sort of I have a Blue ford 2 barrel Carb old but don't know the year what is it worth. Pictures are a must . But go to the auction side and do advanced search on Ranger.

    There is scant collector interest in the department store versions of there guns. While the original model with the Winchester, Stevens, Remington, Savage,or other manufacturer name may be collectable and elevated in value because of collectors, guns sold with the Sears, Western Auto and similar brand names do not.
    They sell as shooters. Older .22s usually sell in the $100-$150 range depending upon condition.

    Typing in all caps is considered to be like yelling in a conversation. Also harder to read.
