leather oil - Lexol

In the recent discussion on leather oils, I saw no mention of Lexol. This stuff has been around more than 60 years, used on antique car seats, saddlery, sports equipment etc. Sold at saddle shops, auto supply stores, Walmart & online. Good stuff.

    For leather, Lexol is all I use since it will never cause leather to crack. It does promote fungus growth though, so your leather needs to be used or at least out in the open air and sunlight.

    That's good stuff some members recommended that to me when I had a leather problem with mold spots on some holsters I had.
