I sold a Steyr GB mag here and the guy is in NJ. He sent me a copy of his Class III tax stamp with payment. Am I okay to ship to NJ?

Something like this is kind of a gray area. My understanding is that mags with a capacity over 15 rounds, can't be sent to NJ. If this guy is a Class 3 FFL from there, it might be different? But how do you find out?

I know that in callie it's the DOJ who makes the decisions. Don't have a clue who the responsible agency is in Jersey?

Only to an FFL in NJ & make sure they have a state license also. NO C&R. NO class III stamp. The FFL is supposed to log hi-caps into a separate book to show their disposition, such as shipped out of state.
