How much does the SELLER say it's worth? Or, is he just waiting for an offer?That having been said, we need to know if it's "mint" original finish, or "mint" after rebuild. Of course, there's a big difference between 95% and mint; you didn't make it clear which it is. If you haven't actually eye-balled this piece, you need to get a detailed description.At this point, I'd say it's worth $200-700; with more information, we can get closer.Neal

Looking at the actual item listed doesn't help. The photos are dark and fuzzy, the serial #, stock markings, and type of finish on parts are not given. If he doesn't know the difference between 95% and mint, how much do confidence do you have in anything else he describes?But, if it's really 95% original finish, and the correct parts (bolt body, trigger guard, barrel bands) are blue, the cartouches are correct, all small parts are marked R, the stock is unsanded, and the screws are not distorted), I'd say it's worth $400-450. If I were really interested, I'd first ask the seller "If it is not as described, will you allow me to return it for a full refund plus shipping both ways?"; the response will let you know if this is the kind of person you want to deal with.Neal[This message has been edited by nmyers@home.com (edited 12-22-2001).]
