I was recently given a french made double action revolver, with some unique features. It is an a Mre d'Armes Lt Etienne. Excellent Condition8mmDouble actionCheckered wood grip with an interesting grip where the back strap is offset rather than being centered. Lanyard ring on butt. Barrel marked M R on top left side; Mle 1892 on top, S 1894 on top right side.F 54644 under cylinder on right side. What looks to be an original military issue holster came with it.Do you know anything about this gun or where I can find out about it?Thanks
