Inherited a Browning BPS SER.NO 32230nr162 that is 20 guage and has gold trigger and inlay. Can't find it in any books. Only 12 guage shows with inlay. We think it is a DU gun but not sure. Can anyone help with info as to year or value? Do DU guns have any insignia embossed?

Yep, you have a DU Dinner Gun there from 1999. They mfg. 3500. They are auctioned at chapter fund raisers. Never sold retail, so Dinner Guns do not have a retail price. Prices vary substantially. Good luck.
