QUESTION ON PRE-68 WINCHESTER 94 30-30

Could anyone tell me the difference between a Winchester 94 30-30 made in the 50's as compaired to the new ones. Is on older one better quality and or more desirable? What would be a good price for the above in very good condition. Thanks

I own a model 94 made in 1956 and another made in 1961. I wouldn't trade them for 20 new ones. There's just no comparison in the quality of materials and workmanship.
