I got a 8mm turkish mauser 95.
I was wondering if I should be able to see the tip of the firing pin
through the hole in the bolt face.I can on my 93 mauser but not on this one I know the bolt is longer is that the only difference or is the tip broken off.

What model? On the "Handi-Gun",the "Pardner",and the "Mini-Pardner" models, you have to drift out the trigger cross pin, remove the trigger group, and then rotate the ends of the hammer spring downward(hanging out of the trigger-group hole). Then you drift out the hammer cross pin, pull the hammer spring downward and out,and then the hammer downward and out. Then you drift out the upper cross pin, remove the barrel latch upward, and then remove the firing pin(with spring) backward. All cross pins drift out to the left.Easy as that!
