Need Help in Identifying Rifle

I have a rifle that I need help identifying and would like to know whats its worth if anyone can help I would appreciate it. Its a 22 caliber bolt action single shot rifle. On the bottom side of the barrel the markings are "CAL ST ALB VI CUGIR 22 CAL ROMANIA"The markings on top of receiver are "UMC CUG" the best I can make out. It has a heavy barrel and steel buttplate. Thanks
